1963 f100 brakes

PLEASE HELP!!!! I have read every thread on master cylinder swap but cannot find anyone that says what master cylinder from what car I can swap out to use on my 63' iam going to put disc brakes on soon but my master brake cyl. Is leaking and dripping on my foot and I have to pump the brakes to stop. I know not safe. Thanks for any info.
