Engine Problems

Hello.
I'm new here and I live in Germany.
I have a Ford f150 4.2 RWD 5-speed manual shifter.
I love this truck.
But I have a little problem.
My car stutters a bit when I accelerate slowly.
I have made clean new spark plugs. Autolite Platinum 105 single.
And I have new spark plug wire in it. New air filter.
The car speeds but still not right.
Feels like not enough fuel or not fast enough.
or when the spark plugs were dirty with soot. just that feel.
But the candle picture looks good.
Could it be the sensor? O2 sensor, or the something like this????

Oh i have more questions . What kind of 5 Speed manual transmission,
Engine and Differential Fluid ( Oil) do you use????
I think engineoil is 5w30
....Transmission is ATF Oil ???
and Differential...i dont know

Thanks for the replies and sorry for my bad English!
I've found your nice forum. Here in Germany, the truck is unfortunately not represented as often. Too bad. So in Germany there are not that many that can help me.
Thank you

Greetz

Try cleaning the Mass-Air-Flow sensor (make sure you use sensor safe cleaner), and changing the fuel filter.

Also, you will get much more help in the proper F-150 section in the main forum index.
