1996 351w bronco core plugs

anyone know of exact location of the core/freeze plugs on a 1996 351w bronco? Coolant is leaking from driver's side motor mount bolt area. Leaking pretty steadily.

Is it possible for core plug to be located behind motor mount?

Thanks.

There should be 3 on each side of the block , one in front & back of each head , 1 behind the flywheel IIRC

I don't think its behind the motor mount.

think it's dripping down from the intake? Leaks have funny ways of ending up dripping from locations nowhere near their source.

might be your water pump or lower radiator hose leaking to your mount?

There are 2 core/freeze plugs behind the drivers side motor mount. All around engine is dry.

I just filled coolant, drove down street and started leaking.

Is there any hoses in area?

No coolant hoses in that area that I know of. By friend had a similiar leak on his mountaineer 5.0, he got a rubber plug that you tighten up over top of the brass plug. Its meant as a temp solution till you can fix it properly, but it works. just food for thought if it is indeed a freeze plug.

You can buy the plugs at any parts store (advance auto, autozone, Oreillys). Just ask them for a rubber freeze plug they should know where to direct you. Also you may need to need an approximate size, which they should be able to help with that too.
