'77 w/300 power steering Question

I am missing the power steering adjustment bracket for my daughter's truck. The mounting bracket is on the pump, but the bracket that mounts to the engine and allows you to tighten the belt is not there. I have found one on Ebay, but it is for a 351/400. I know it will fit the bracket on the pump side, but am unsure about mounting to the 300. Does anyone know if they are the same?

No, it won't bolt up. The part you're looking for is either C7AZ-3A732-A, this is for trucks below s/n O80,001 or D7TZ-3A732-B for trucks from s/n O80,001,
One of my parts locators is down right now. When it comes back on line I'll see if there are any new ones available.

Thanks. I have been looking up both of those PNs, without much luck.

I am beginning to think it may be easier to get the pump from a mid 80s truck, as the motor I have is from an 85 and came with the mounting bracket...

Here's the illustration from the Ford parts catalog. It's not real clear or detailed but the 6 cyl is at the lower left.
Click on the .pdf link to view.

My parts locators are back online. Unfortunately no dealer or obsolete supplier has either of the brackets.
