It has been kinda nice here the last 2 days, chance of rain tomorrow afternoon thru the weekend. I hope the weather from texas does not come your way.

The Texas front is upon us, and let's hope the Old saying is true --- Everything is bigger in Texas. Our Terminal is one block away from the Truck Terminal you saw on the News Reports in Lancaster Texas. We were fortunate only to have minor damage in TX. I really do no want to see any of our Beautiful Freightliners Airborne today. It kind of exceeds their design limits.

 

Got scared this morning, my wife called me all upset at 4 am Kosovo time, 10 pm your time, my dog was very sick and she did not know what to do. She just got done with the vet and they looked him over. Can't find anything wrong, so $210.00 with a military discount I guess he is going to be fine.

Got my repair parts in for my R/C helicopter. I had to do a little bit of mods but got it flying again. Those are the the big hit around here. Don't fly when its windy and try to land on a picnic table.

I saw that tornado live on the news, that was some scary stuff. They said "look at the debris coming out from the tornado", I said that sure did look like a semi trailer, CAUSE IT WAS. Be safe, heading to the gym to hurt myself.

 

Know what you mean about the dog. My Black Lab is just like my Kid. Hope it turns out all right.

But they look so aerodynamic

Didn't do alot of lifting, mainly situps, pushups and ran 2 1/2 miles. I am going to run the Easter 5K on Sunday, if rain does not cancel it. They want to make the PT harder?? I have a hard enough time already.

Grubb, any more progress on your truck?

I decided I am going to paint my truck rattle can satin black for now, get the mechanical stuff worked out then do the body work later. I need to find a good rearend for it when I get home for good. Going to replace the power steering pump when I am home on leave and maybe do the front brakes. I have to replace the AC compressor in my mothers in-laws truck for sure. I have not seen my wife and daughter for almost 9 months and I only have 9 days at home so I am not spending all of my time working on vehicles. The truck is a play toy and not needed for daily transportation. Thank goodness.
