No rear shock mounts on your F350 - I found the perfect solution!

I have a 1976 F350 Crew cab that never came with the "optional" rear shocks. The frame had the mounts as I swapped to a F250 Crew cab frame when I built my truck up. I wanted to find the clamp on style shock mounts for the rear axle instead of welding something up. I was looking at my Excursion and it has them so I thought I would try a set from a Superduty.
I picked up 2 as shown below...

Here is the hole on the inside that helps locate it on the axle tube and keep it from moving.

There was a locator pin already on my axle... will it fit?

I'll be darned... it fits on the locator and is in the perfect location! All I need to do is put the u-bolt on and tighten it down. Then install the shocks

So... for anyone who is missing the rear shock mounts on the F350 with the Dana 70 rear axle, here is your solution!!
