ya i got it for 35 bucks from a local saw mill. in fact i took 2 old rads in got all the metal in the bed and 40 bucks back went to the saw mill spent 35 had enough to pay for the gas the trip took.

Very nice. I love that you are using local wood too. It just adds that much more character, even though most will never know. We do!

That's alot of fluff ! What species of wood ,how long air dried or was it kiln dried ?

its red oak not sure how long it was dried for the place does pallet wood and they keep a old semi full of red oak the guy said the local high school is the only ones who buy it.
