78 Flareside Rear end looks off

Hello, when i bought my 78 flareside, the bed was not on it. i finally put it on and lined up the bolt holes. it first had the 15" wheels with skinny tires so i didnt noticed anything. but when i put a set of 1st gen lightning wheels on it i noticed that the left rear wheel is flush with the bed fender. the right wheel is tucked further into the wheel well. i unbolted the bed and am moving it around to make it look even on both sides without putting the bed further to one side than the other.

I have not measured the rear to see where it is sitting. the only thing i have done is a flip kit, then i didnt like it, so i put 2" shackles.

Has anyone ever had this problem? i would bolt the bed to the original bolt holes, but that left wheel just doesnt look right. i plan to scoot the bed over to the left just to make it even witht he right side gap.

Any help is appreciated. Thank y'all in advance.

Ohiocrewcab is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Have you had the truck up on a frame rack? If it got T-Boned that would explain the offset.

Sorry for the late response. Yes i thought about that too. I dont know about accidents as i have only had the truck about a year or less. I looked at the frame and it looks fine, but im not pro, so i will take it to a shop. I will also run the VIN to see is anything may of been reported. Thank you for your response

eh, it happens... these old trucks weren't exactly assembled to toyota standards, the ran skinny tires that were far from the fenders so no one would have noticed a little bit off. Frames get bent in accidents, or jumps, or carrying to heavy a load, rear ends can get bent, shackles get bent, even leaf springs and U bolts can shift.
