89 f150, current AOD trans, maybe a ZF5 trans swap.

I have a 89 f150 with a AOD trans, and 351w engine. My Dad and I rebuilt the trans about 6 years ago. So if you say 10,000 miles a year, thats 60,000 and the average life of a AOD is 100,000. I was thinking about doing a ZF-5 swap if and when the AOD starts slipping. I know I will have to have the trans, cross member, brake pedal assembly, possible drive shaft mod, and fluid clutch.

My question is would the swap be worth it?
