2 core vs 4 core radiators

2 core vs 4 core radiators
My friend gave me a brand new 2 core aluminum radiator and been running it for 2 months but never towed with it.My question is,does it have enough cooling capacity for towing?I'm guessing since its aluminum thats why its only a 2 core.Does anyone have this on there trucks?
