Does anyone know if I can put a turbo on my 1989 f150 5.0? What all do I need? Is there a place where I can buy an entire kit for my truck. My truck is stock with 85k miles. I know turbos add hp and tq but do they add mpgs? Any info is helpful

 

You can put a turbo on nearly anything. use the search function. I can't imagine that somebody here hasn't put a turbo on a 302.
