Unlock driver then passenger, or unlock all??

My 2008 used to unlock (from the key fob, and drivers number pad) just the drivers door, then the passengers.

Not sure what happened, but now all doors unlock at once (fob and keypad).

Ive looked through the manual and online with no luck.

Anyone know how to get it back?

From my 2012 Expedition manual

Two stage unlocking may be disabled or re-enabled by simultaneously
pressing lock and unlock buttons on remote control for four seconds (disabling
two stage unlock allows all vehicle doors to unlock simultaneously).
