I recently had an argument with a friend about the speed limiter on his SVT Lightning. He claims it to be at 155 mph and I was told differently by someone else. So I figured I would drop in here and drop a line and ask you guys. Thanks for any and all help you can offer.
I have a hard time believing that 146 is top speed we took my buddies '01 out the other weekend and buried the speedo (140mph) and the tach never did stop climbing.
It is bone stock with the exception of the K & N air filter and the two 3" holes that have been drilled in the bottom of the filter box. That mod took the boost level from 7psi to 10psi.
