I am have trouble finding anyone on this site with our year trucks who is running true dual exhaust. I would like to know if anyone has it on their truck and what they had to do to make it work with the trucks computer and to pass emissions testing. any help would be appreciated!

I have true duals on my 07. I didn't have to do anything. Still have the stock cats. No CELs. A programmer may get a lil bit more out of it but not needed.

Thanks V10man for the info, looks like a good set up. I looked at the pictures on your link and could not see the stock cats, are they closer to the engine then I am thinking. I thought they were located next to the transmission.

 

On my truck they are one cat for each bank located right after the manifolds. It's like Ford wanted us to make true duals.

 

Same with mine, had true dual out the back. It turned out to be to loud for the wife so I now have it true dualed into a single muffler and exiting with a single pipe.
