1 year renewal for 143.95 which includes another 2 months free. That is 10.25/month. I was sent the paperwork in the mail. I will get it for sure. I haven't listened to regular radio since I bought the truck!

Right before it expires, call and cancel it. Tell them you can't afford it. They will work you a deal. I do it yearly and they give me a pay for 6 months, get 6 months free. Cost me Around $80 a year.

I got a 12 month renewal on my 2010 Focus this past February for less than $80. If you allow it to expire or come close, they will call you with tons of deals.

do you have to tell them "no" a couple of times or will they give you $5 a month deal right away?

I ignored their calls until less than a week to the end of the initial 6 months and then finally talked to the guy. told him I liked the service but, couldn't see paying their regular prices. He quickly came back with an offer of 6 more months for $30 ($5/mo) so I decided that was reasonable enoough and went with it.

I renewed my subscription for the first year at like $77. Then, after that one expired, I thought they would offer me a similar deal, but they did not. They told me the 77 bucks was a one time, promotional price and that I would have to pay full price, $140 for the next year. I told them to just cancel my subscription when it expired as I would not pay double what I paid last time. I thought they would offer me another deal but I have not received a counter offer and it has been about 3 months. To tell the truth, I have not missed the service that much and still cannot justify paying 140/year for it. Also, I sold off my Sirius stock once I broke even.

I just renewed mine last night at the $77.00 a year plus 5.99 a month for the travel link for a total of around $114.00. They would not budge on the price of travel link. I wonder if you could just get the travel link?

I bought the lifetime membership for something like 300.00 plus 49.00 royality fee. Problem is they won't transfer a membership like that to another vehicle. I just sold my Superduty and told the guy if he gives me $ 200.00 I'd leave it on...I can take that $200 and put towards another LT membership...i don't konw...

They just sent me a letter asking me to renew the Dodge I just traded in. they offered $20 for 6 months..

You can also buy activated radios off ebay...
I bought two dock radios for like $40 several years ago and they still work today and I've not paid a dime for service since I got them... You can find all kinds of activated radios on ebay cheap. Just gotta look for them.
