Hi guys, are you all running the Motorcraft premium gold engine coolant or is there something better?

 

Run the gold. Napa also has one that is the same spec. Supposedly, there are better coolants, but stick with the gold (at least til warranty is up).

 

Warranty ends in one month. Truck is going into the shop for a final service/ inspection just to make sure everything is OK warranty work wise. Want to make sure the egr coolers and dpf are Ok,,,,,,to put in a box in my garage

 

you will need to maintain the ford gold coolant or napa (with ford spec on bottle). It is needed in order to maintain the correct chemical balance for the metals contained in the motor.

 

And don't forget to check the nitrates. Very important
