Spring truck projects
So now that summer is here, no wait, maybe it's only spring? Any way, now that it's warmer out, what have you got planned to do to your truck?
Me, I'm going to pull it out of the garage, give it an oil change, get a new used PS pump, and get the one muffler replaced under warranty. Probably get a new gas tank this year too, so I can fill it all the way.
What have you got planned?

Where to start.
Well I installed a new Borgeson double u joint anti vibration steering shaft, wow does it tighten up the steering.
Borgeson Universal Company :: Ford Truck 1970-04 :: 70-'79 Full Size Ford Truck
Pretty good price too from Karbelt $348.08 Taxes in. comes with a 5 year 50,000 mile warranty.
Installed some nice 17" black rims and 33" Hercules tires on the Green Bronco
Because the Green Bronco sits so high now according to my wife I need to install Nerf bars so she can get into the Bronco.
Fabbing a new convertible top for the Green Bronco
Rebuilding another BeachComber travel trailer (this ones a 1976).
Getting the garage slowly prepared for work on the Black Bronco starting this fall/winter.
Found a 2002 Explorer for $400.00 that needs Brakes and a windshield and O2 sensor replaced, clean up and the power locks fixed on the drivers side.
Get stuff ready for the trailer park going to be adding to the deck there.
All I can think of for now LOL

No majors plans here, just trying to get through my move.
The ground is still too soft to move things into my backyard garage so a new driveway is a priority and so is completing some renovations/upgrades..... the list just keeps getting longer...
The little ranger is not the best for moving stuff so I've been using the '77 F250 quite a bit. The weather has been great. Got caught in the rain once for a short time and had to dry off a few things but otherwise no casualities yet.
Getting the garage set up is months away though

Passed the Explorer off to my pal.
So that with a $400 complete brake job and a windshield puts him on the road for around $1,200 bucks all in.

Your a Lucky SOB Rick lol
I haven't been doing much just was way to busy with work and life over the winter. Things have settled down so now I'm just getting ready to pull the truck out in 30 days and get it sitting pretty. If I ever find a good deal on a set of OEM Chromies I would be the happiest guy on the face of the earth.

Ryan..... YOU are alive!!!! Chad, Rick and Frank. This old boy still has the 77 and is getting it together. The 400 is ALMOST done and IF I come acroos some extra cash the transmission is next. Got the shop pretty much cleaned up and in between the mechanical end of the 77 going to do the prep for some more mods. Arthur.....well it looks like the only things that will be there is a picture book, me and the Old Girl. Popa John

Headers are 5 or 6 years old.
It's too bad though because when I took the old headers off the drivers side was still OK but the passenger side was pretty rotted in spots and as I said had a hole about 1 inch by 1/2 inch in size as well as lots of small pin holes.

Hey Ryan. good to hear from ya. I'm doin' ok..getting older with each passing day. lol So 8 days eh? great. Don't know if you been reading the posts lately...... the 400 is ALMOST, SO CLOSE to being done!!! The old girl and I don't think the 77 will be ready for Arthur BUT we will. We'll bring a picture book this time to show all what I've been up to. Haven't heard from falconqueen in quite a while now so the question still remains. "are we meeting at the beer pavillion? what time?" You'll recognize me I'm the fat doing the table dance!!!! lmao John
