Care to share your PI casting numbers?

The short verson of a long story go's like this. Doing the NON PI heads to PI heads conversion and the source for my heads fell thru. I will now be purchasing rebuilt heads from Odessa cylinder heads in florida, they come with a two year warrenty and will take my non PI heads as the cores. I need the casting numbers for any 2 valve PI head 01-2003 to get them coming. Can anybody throw me a bone or better yet share their casting numbers with me. anybody have a pic of their numbers? It would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting differing versions from folks I know about how hard the head swap is going to be. I am being told that you have to remove everything on the front of the motor to include the front crank seal, Is this true? I was under the impresson that you can remove the camshaft gear from the cam and remove the head . Am I way off on this?

Anybody care to share their experiences with this

You pull the timing cover off(have to pull harmonic balancer too). Then remove the bolt that is holding the cam gear in place. After that slide the cam gear off of the cam and you are able to lift the head off, with the head bolts off of course.

Those numbers cast into the heads, where are they located on the heads & would they be hard to see on a motorhome chassis.
Thanks, Neil
