Camshaft Position sensor !!!!please help!!!!!

Guys, im at my witts end with a problem i have been having and could use some help. I have a 2001 hd f150 with 146,000 miles on it. At around 50-60 mph it will buck and jerk very noticeably then continue on like nothing has happened. It has shot out a code which related to camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor(depending on who is reading the code). I have changed both sensors twice and have changed all plugs and coil packs. I reset the light and it comes back on after it bucks and jerks again around 50-60mph. I cant find anything remotely related to what this could be, and any input would be much appreciated. thanks

i would check the CPS connector....they are known for going bad & Ford has a repair kit for them..it does cause intermittent problems
