i found a 3 inch Wild Horses lift kit for 66-66 broncos for sale for $200, could probably get cheaper. Its front coils, and add-a-leafs already installed in bronco leaf springs. I was wondering if it would fit my 79 f150 that has the radius arms/HP dana44 up front.

You should be fine as far as fitting the coils and leaf springs. The weight of the motor (depending on what it is) could impact the ride height.
