Windshield upper moulding...

Has anyone here have or has had a problem with the upper rubber moulding on the front windshield coming loose or coming off completely??...The dealership is telling me its a design flaw,or are they blowing smoke up my @$$ again....Haven't the Expeditions been in production for quite some time now and share a similar design with the F150...HMMMM....
