More header questions! (ive done my reading!)

Ive looked at countless forums trying to find info about headers. Everyone seems to say something different. So here is my last chance before I decide.

Ive got a 97' F250HD 180xxx KMs. 5.8ltr 4x4 RCLB ZF5

I have a cracked exhaust manifold passenger side. I have bought two new manifolds from Napa. At my COST they are still $75 a side. Mite as well buck up and do headers right??

Looking for something that will last the life of the truck, not warp or crack.

EGR compatible, and hopefully still bolt into my existing stock ypipe?

all suggestions welcome!!

Well it sounds like you would need the short manifold replacement headers. If you have the new manifolds then why bother. Now if you want to jump in with both feet then the Pacesetter 70-2221 or 72C2221(coated) is what you want. You will need to make a new Y pipe or run true duals.
