Exclamation ***HELP!!! need a steering part!

Hey guys, I'm looking for a 78-79 power steering box, I need the output shaft from it. I sent the one I had down to Benchworks in Scottsdale, AZ, to have it reversed ratio'ed to work on my 67, but they say the output shaft that the pitman arm goes on is twisted, and they don't have one. So, I need to find a shaft to send down to them. Anyone close to the Omaha area know where I could snag one of these power steering boxes would be enormously useful!

Thanks!!!

Not sure if it will fit or not, I'm a little out of practice on my parts swapping. I have a 77 2wd f150 power steering box just sitting on my parts truck I would be willing to part with.

Thanks Tim, but I have to have the 4x4 one. I asked the guys down at benchworks about that. Too bad, since I've found several of the 2wd boxes! I appreciate the offer, though!

When went to the scrap yard today and...

they were closed. : ( They are only open on Saturdays from April to October, but I had it in my head that they were open today. Old age I guess.

I will stop in Monday, got a small load of scrap I want out of the way, hence the reason for the trip.

I do have a 4x4 box I picked up when I thought my box was bad. I got from action truck parts in CB.
Let me know, I gave $70 for the box.

Andrew, it was nice to get to meet you. Thanks for hooking me up, the output shaft is on it's way to Arizona as we speak!
