429 Rocker Arms: Roller VS Stock

I bought some roller rockers for my 429 before I checked the heads. Turns out they are pedestal mount. So, I was wondering what the improvement was in using the rollers vs stock. I would be willing to use the stock rocker arms until the rollers I bought sold so I can buy the pedestal mount rollers.

Less friction, higher rev's and a little hp gain.
