Clifford set up or Offenhauser
I am at the point of purchase for my 223 in my F-100.
Do I go with the Clifford intake/Weber Card/ Exhaust or keep it stock and go with a dual or triple carb Offenhauser?
I have a stock exhaust pulled into a big Magnaflow muffler and then it splits into to two out the back today. (Sounds cool)
Looking for a little mileage and power improvement before I move to the tranny or rear end.
Strong 223.

I think either would perform quite well. I think I would go with whatever you like the look of best. Weber carbs are In my mind pretty user friendly. But I have not seen the set up for a 223. Keep in mind the more carbs you add require at bit more in tuning skills to operate properly. What ever you do we sure could use some pics.

Nah... you don't need an Offy valve cover (finding one with 8 bolts on a '60 is hard).
