Just got mine today, will install it on the wifes vehicle tomorrow. The instructions say "the vehicle must remain running throught the upgrade process, which could last up to 60 minutes".

Installed it on the wifes, piece of cake, took just about 45 minutes. It took longer to add her phone as it wouldn't pair the device. Finally ended up doing a master reset and got it to work.
