Found a frame donor, 84 f150 shortbed. Paid 350$ for it. Just needed a battery and runs pretty well! Too bad the body is rough. Anyone looking for a 6" lift kit!?

I found this searching for cummins swap info, and I wanted to bring up something I heard once, instead of doing a P-Pump conversion, why not get one of those Caterpillar V pumps? Save some space with that. Also that S366 looks to me like a turbo for a Cummins (The third gen cold side gave it away) And it will spool way quick on that 7.3 compared to how it would spool on a 5.9 so be careful.

Do you have a geartower made up to mount the pump to?

You could probably make a little $$$ by selling a mounting kit for the P7100.

Waiting to get my engine back then mock up will begin... Racinndrummin does a lot of custom fab work so he would be the one to ask...this pump flows 340cc as is...too much for any old idi without some other supporting mods....we will see how she reacts LOL

Off topic - but - How do you load that trailer? It looks like the axle width on your Truck is wider than the tandum axles on your trailer?

That P-Pump looks like its missing the govenor housing and AFC, also its going to be a trick to mount that and time it, cause if the wrong gear is used well may not run right lol. I wouldnt try it, but thats cause am not to far into the 'One off' world. Also if I were to really guess that looks like a 8300 series pump, which is a plus.

I know I can get complete governor / afc for 375$...pretty sure it's a late 7000 series, it's timed off of cyl #8. The idi cam/pump gear is already ran 1:1 so it shouldn't be too bad. One thing tho I'm really trying to figure out is if this pump takes a oil supply (I've read yes, and I've read no)

here is a pic of it, we ran into a little snag on the Ppump but its going in to get calibrated to our needs
