5.0 runs rough with no power
i have a 90 f150 with the 302 auto. i was driving home from work and the truck shut off, it took 10 mins to start back up and when it did it ran like crap. i had orilleys run a test on it and the egr valve needed replaced. i did and no luck, i replaced the plugs wires cap and rotor, i also fixed the oil leaks (valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket), at this point i dont know what to do, has any one had the same problem

Have you checked for codes or checked the the fuel pressure. The fuel pressure should be between 35-45psi.
