I paid $27 off ebay for mine new. Seems pretty cheap, even if you are going to recoat them. They might even have black (didn't look)

I bought a set of 8-bolt with 9.50x 16.5 tires on them yesterday off craigslist yesterday for $250. Two of the tires have good tread and the other two have cords hanging out! I'll maybe sell the two decent ones because I'm going to go look at a set of used 35" 16.5 coopers tomorrow. another craigslist find.
