Thumbs up Any Mountain Bikers here?

I used to be an avid mtn bike rider from middle school thru my early twenties. Life, jobs, family, and lazyness the last 10 years has taken a front seat while my mtn bike collected dust. Well i spent the last week getting my bike back in rideable shape and each day this week i've taken it out for a fun ride around the neighborhoods. My doc says i need to lower my cholestorol with diet and exercise. I hate running but love riding. Today i found an awesome set of trails on the outskirts of my neighborhood here in Owasso. It looks like it's used for some 4 wheelers, small motorbikes, and horses. What a blast! There's a huge dirt mound with some fun almost vertical run offs. That got my heart beating good. lol.

If anyone is into off road mtn biking there's some great trails on the south and southwest side of the Bailey water tower. If anyone wants to go ridin with me to check it out, lemme know. I'm not a pro rider, i just ride for fun and exercise.
