I need a radio/CD player for F250...

My CD player crashed in my OEM 2002 F250 radio/CD player, and I was wondering if anyone has a stock OEM Radio/CD that they might sell me. I do not need a six CD radio, and a single CD will work just fine. Please send me a PM if you like. Thanks.

I lucked out at a pick-a-part yard and got a real nice single cd unit out of a newer Explorer that was exactly like MY factory unit-we put the j/y unit in my Great Niece's '04 Ranger after changing the plastic guide on the back. we paid $24.99 for the j/y unit......

There's one being offered in the "Free Parts" sticky thread in the Excursion forum. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post12328844

I'll take your broken one if the face is intact, including the buttons and controls.

I sent you a PM, but if you can get that radio and it will work in my F250 it would be great. Thanks in advance.

Actually, that was a VM ya sent me. A PM is a private message sent where only the recipient can see it.

In that "Free Parts" thread, I asked for the shipping because I was interested in the radio, but I ended up passing on it. If you look at the date and time stamp on the post where I asked about the shipping cost, it was back on the 1st, well before you started this thread here today. If I had the power to know days in advance what the future held, I'd be betting large sums of money of professional sports!

You'll need to contact kornfanjoe and work out the shipping details with him for the radio he's offered.

I was asking what your plan was for your broken radio and if the face of the radio was still intact.

My radio is still in great shape...

It is just that the CD player crashed, and if I can get a drop in replacement then you can have my old radio. I sent a PM to the other guy about the radio. Thanks.

No Glen Rose, Tx. Down by Granbury, Cleburne, Stephenville area. The reason I ask is I have one here that was giving me a problem when I would turn on my lights so I upgraded. While I was waiting for my new one it never had a problem and ran perfect. Dont want to ship it due to I dont want to rip you off of money if it doesnt work for you. But if you ever come though this area you can have it.
