A mom and pop shop SHOULD give better, more personal customer service than a big place like summit, and a lot of them do. But Red Head doesn't. As I said, they just seem very very disorganized and pretty apathetic when it comes to dealing with customers. They had my cell phone number, if there was a problem with refunding my deposit or if they lost my information all they had to do was call. And in fact, thats the kind of thing I've come to expect from a mom and pop business, that they are the ones who will work with you to make sure you get what you need and that you are happy. But thats not my experience with Red Head. I'd agree with the short reply above. Good product with a good reputation, but bad to deal with.
