heres a tech article about swapping to manual hubs, it will show you how to get down to pulling the rotor off. the main thing is to have a small magnet to pull out the little key before removing the large spindle nut. and before you get to that point the plastic "cam assy" has to come off. this was the closest thing i could find to help you, you may find more info by searching the site where i got the tech artcle from.

Thanks for the link, Brother! That is very helpful.
I hope it is not to diferent going back together....Maybe I can talk my buddy to upgrading to the WARN manuals?

Remember, you don't have to put on that red light!
Thanks again!

So after some research, I think I can change the old hubs to the WARN manual hubs w/rotors for about $400-500. This sound about right?

i switched mine to mile marker manual hubs, was about $200 through autozone. theyve held up fine for me. the spindle nut kit you could probly find at a junkyard instead of paying $50 for that "nut kit". i doubt you'd find manual hubs at a junkyard though, seems like thats the first thing swiped. rotors vary, i went with the cheapies from autozone a couple of years back. i dont remember how much i paid. its money wel spent though, mine were cracked in 2 spots on both sides, pedal had severe pulseation when braking. my rotors were original though with over 15 years of service, so i guess it was time.
