Well I finally broke down and spent $480 on a 2010 center console to fill the empty space between my captains seats on my 07 350 SC... Still cringing over the price but at the end of the day it will look better than going to one from an 07 and it will keep the stuff on the floor in the backseat from joining me up front.

His CS is top notch, spent time on the phone with me on both of my orders (rebuilt my FICM & a DC Power Alternator) very nice to deal with & as stated, is honest about things u don't really need...Thanks for that
Whether its right or not, I've always cranked it down until the spring compresses.
Anyone know if there is a proper procedure for CAC Clamps

Even easier that than if you still have the plastic cold side pipe. It's stamped right on it in raised lettering.

That's the torque value in the '03 service manual.
I got my upper leaf spring shackle bushings replaced today. really wasn't that bad, the hardest/most frustrating part was when the axle shifted over. took like 30 mins trying to line up the bottom shackle holes to get the spring bolt through. besides that, took maybe 1.5 hours.
i took someones advice on here and drilled 4 holes through the rubber on the old bushing, and then i just put a bolt in the sleeve and hit it out with a 10lb sledge. was surprisingly easy. sadly...the old bushings looked ok, so im not sure if its gonna solve this clunk
