Keep driving it daily as the family taxi. I received the ps oil cooler for the Suburban yesterday but am putting off the repair so I have an excuse to keep driving the 6.0. LOL

You swapped out a radiator and refilled with green coolant?

Harry... get the green out, unless your planning for clogged oil cooler sooner than you wanted?

Flush it and use EC-1, skip the gold and get the green gone!

Miles, have u drove my Truck lately

Yesterday I took off from the house after just 20 seconds maybe of Idle time & as I was accelerating up the road, the Engine felt as if it was a Gas'r with a cylinder mis-firing & after a minute she was smooth as glass again.

I am scared (1st time in all these years she's missed a beat) & can't afford crap now
Guessing it's a Fuel Injector, is there something I can watch on my Monitor to help diagnose

I know u should do a "contribution test" but I don't have equipment for that &
I should mention she never skipped a beat again all day....

Was driving home tonight and Torque Pro alarmed, FICM voltage fell to 46. Rest of the way home, about another 35 minutes the FICM voltage would fluctuate between 46.5 and 48. Seems I need to crack it open to reflow some joints.

Also the Oil temp sensor has been flaky, 25 degrees below ect on the ride home tonight. Time for one of those as well.

if you believe "ford" you shouldnt worry about the ficm's voltage unless it drops below 45v... but of what i've seen on all the aftermarket guys tech pages they say no lower 46v.. ironically at the same time ford also recommends not solely going off the voltage readouts for telling if the ficm's good or bad.. as there's been enough evidence (their own words) of good showing voltage ficm's but failing internal components that do not show in a voltage test..
