So what did you do to your 6.0L today?

There's nothing to do to a perfectly bulletproofed 6.0 but drive it.

So, I drove it

Thanks to this forum and weeks/months of reading all is great! I hit 60,000 miles today since work.

Are you starting to feel it yet?
In the case of big toe anesthesia. Sometimes the direct route is the worst.
Doc-In-The-box proved that to me. The Podiatrist I later went to said the
longer route from the top of the toe is much better then going right at it.
In other words numb around the nerve before you go to it. Sleeping nerve
and no pain.

Tell your Doc next time that if he does not numb the nerve first you numb
him after. Then wake him up with some big toe anesthesia from the wrong
side of the foot.

It allllll got numb AFTER he was done....down to the tips of my toes. I am DEFINITELY feeling it but my legs are starting to feel better also. I sure as hell hope I don't have to go through what you are. I'm amazed that you can do what you do. You rock Sean.

I understand the big toe thing. I had a piece of 3" drill stem swat my right big toe and smashed it like a grape. I also had a podiatrist that absolutely believed in pain free surgery and never felt a thing when he burned the toenail off with a laser to never return. Doc-in-the-boxes I don't do anymore for all the reasons you listed and then some.

The problem is it's too clean. Needs some dirt.

You were on the money with this one. They replaced the TFT sensor and wiring harness. Since his truck is a late '03, there is/was an upgraded harness. They also changed the fluid and filter while they were in there.

Look in your owners manual page 10,000. Dirt is a required functional
component. It goes into detail on how to rotate the dirt so it even.
