I spoke too soon above. Had to clean the Egr valve today. Lost power and started smoking. Hooked up the IDS and it displayed an EGR valve Position error. pulled the EGR valve and cleaned it. 5 minutes and 2 O-rings later its back to being awesome again. Seems like I just cleaned that 3 years ago. Also, Its the only maintenance the truck has actually needed in 4 years. the rest I have done for prevention only. I still love this truck. You just cant beat the way a Ford holds up. Also its been paid for since 2010!!!

What tires are you running in that pic?

As for what I did today, I continued work on my ported intake manifold. I would post a pic but am not sure how.

Yeah, I forgot to add that I love the duraflaps behind the tires! Do you have any problems with the 35s rubbing the leaf springs when the steering wheel is fully turned?

No. I don't have any problems at all. I just don't turn that far! LOL

There are times it does get to me. Like going through drive-in windows, getting the trailer into a tight camp site, very crowded parking spots (with the CC, long bed, some of those are tough anyway!)

Yes it does look a but squished. Did you have someone from the
US Postal Service install it? They seem to try to squish all my Ebay stuff.

My trucks been acting really weird when cold recently, when i get on the highway and the converter locks when i get to speed, it starts bucking/jolting...you can feel the truck jolt then back to normal then jolt every other second. power seems fine...no codes, fuel pressure is good...when i maintain a constant speed is seems ok but its after the converter locks until i accelerate to my cruising speed.
