Where is your FP sender tapped, and what are you using for a gauge? Have you verified with a mechanical? Check the regulator/ blue spring to make sure all the parts are installed correctly. Check upper/lower filter cap o-rings. If that all looks good, I'd make a quick and dirty adapter to check pressure right out of the pump, dead heading into a gauge on the engine supply nipple, then the return going into HFCM. That should give you enough to determine if the problem is at pump, or engine.

Got 2 New batteries, washed it, and gave it a belly full of Diesel. Hopefully she runs great to North Carolina and back. Later got to put the cap on, and start packing it.

Yesterday I started planning my vacation and some mods to the '05 to make it ready it's upcoming tow.

-Even though I've replaced the brakes with wagner severe duty pads, they squeak and I'm fairly confident my front rotors are warped and won't meet my standards with a Travel Trailer behind it. To that end:

More Information for POWER STOP K190636

-With all this talk of V/B code springs lately and with my rear springs sitting on the overload, I've started sourcing the springs for this mod as I know my stock, worn springs won't cut it in their current condition. I get the hook up at my local dealer, so I'll see how much they want for them.

-The transmission hasn't been completely flushed and probably never has been with the previous owners, so sometime next month a flush is in order and a 2008 pan and filter will be going in.

By October and the 1 year anniversary of me owning the '05 it will be better and well equipped to tow.

Lol. It is 11hrs from where I live. Or about 600 miles. It would probably take me 8hrs, but with a 4 & 5yr old, and the potty breaks, and the " I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, and the are we there yet" it adds 3hrs.
Not to mention, the folks that are convoying with me have kids too..... of course they won't be on the same schedule as me........hahaha.
