No Spark

I have a 97 F150 4.2 liter. It has been missing bad lately and it died on the road today. It would not even fire, no spark at all. Went back an hour later to tow it home and it started but it died again after about a minute. No spark again. Got it home and let it sit overnight and in the morning it started again but it was missing and shaking real bad. Any help with the spark then no spark and then spark again? Also consider the missing and engine shake. Thanks in advance

Best

Check the crank sensor connector seating first. Down at the front pully area.
That's were everything begins.
