Panel Removal

Looking for some how to's on how the door panels come off as well as the rear side panel in an EL....looking to do some audio upgrades.....

I have noise in my 2011 Expey comes from air condition open left of driver, so I would like to know how can I open the face cover of cold air open to fix the noise

Also How to open cover or plastic plate around transmission shifter lever for clean.
