I forwarded this thread onto our tech support so hopefully I can get some additional insight soon. From looking at the pictures my first guess is that you may have tightened one of the lower bracket bolts before having everything installed.
I only say that as it looks like the long carriage bolts holding the lower bracket in place are so tight that they pulled the bracket down and off level. The L-bracket that holds everything against the leaf pack shouldn't be bent like it is. Did you tighten the carriage bolts first, and possibly over tighten them?
I will make sure your situation gets looked at though. You will most likely need to unbolt most of the lower bracket hardware, and you will probably need to bend the L-brackets back to a 90 degree position.

Can you add a second set of u-bolts to hold the bottom bracket down to the axle tube? Can you get us a better picture of the upper bracket mount? I put airlift airbags on my wife's truck with a 4" lift using no spacers at all. There's got to be a better way for you to set that up.
For now, you need to remove the L shaped bracket that is pointing down and flip it over so it's pointing up. That will allow you to clamp onto the block and leaf spring U bolts without causing the torque that is making the blocks go crooked on you.
I realize that in their picture the bracket is pointing down, but the head of your bolt is inline with the axle and the threaded end and nut is above the axle. When you tighten this bolt down, it is causing everything to go crooked. Flip the L bracket over so the bolt is parallel with the axle and it will at least straighten up. I still don't like all the stacked spacers for the airbag, but at least it's a start.
Edit: Stupid slow internet connection. Looks like airlift jumped in before I could post.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the email you sent through our website was answered on Monday, correct? I was told they took care of you but I have been meaning to get back on the thread and double check. Apparently the real issue is that the factory bumpstop was removed from the leaf pack as part of installing your lift. The lower bag bracket in this kit is intended to sit on this and not the axle itself.
