Flywheel or flex plate?

Hey guys
I am new to the fourm, i have a 2006 f150 with 130,000km

the starter was grinding so i replaced it with a new one
it still grinds so ilooked at the teeth on the flywheel ( is it flywheel or the flexplate? ) and they were chewed up on 5 of them so i need to replace the flywheel (or ring gear )
im just wondering of any sites that would carry these and if its a flywheel or a flex plate?

Depending on the transmision you have:

Auto:flexplate, Manual:flywheel.
