power window squeezes rubber molding at top

When my drivers window reaches the top... it squeezes the rubber molding around the window in. It seems to push out some as it raises up.. I have to be outside and push button to raised up.and PUSH IN on the window so that it is inside the molding at the top otherwise it squished the rubber molding in

Try spraying silicone spray on the side channels, let it dry with the window down and then work it up and down. Recoat with more if necessary. It cured mine.
