I think I shall dub it Muttley. I know it may be a little obscene for this website, but I did post a warning.

I suppose some might think thats ugly, but I think it's pretty cool! Add a gun rack and a six pack and you're good to go........ok maybe some 7.50 x 16's on stock looking gray wheels

A quick question...

What running gear is underneath that orphan ?

I'm thinking that a PO put a GM frame & powertrain under it.

You've heard that saying - "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder". All my friends think my '57 is ugly as sin - I think all of their taste is in their mouth.
Looks like a good body to start with; what are you going to do with it?

Nothin' ugly about that there "Fridge"! Some folks think that all the 57-60's are ugly. That why we are orphaned, forgotten and mistreated. That's why I love them!

Close. It has a 501 Cadillac engine, th400 transmission, and sits on top of a AMC/Jeep chassis. I haven't started it yet, someone stole the distributor, carburater, battery, and probably siphoned the fuel. I am working on a lot of projects, but hopefully, sometime next week, I will try to start it. I may make a video.

Body is in really good, the floors are solid, the rear passenger lower corner could use some work, and the step behind the drivers side, but I was pretty surprised by the overall condition.
The way I see it, it has three strikes against it, it is a 1960, long bed, and not too much is original. I plan on driving, and having fun with it.

I guess they just prefer the fat fenders. They should realize that a Fridge looks fat all over! LOL!
