what year is the new truck going to be, the 2012 fx4 that i bought with the luxury pack comes with power fold, but the max tow dose not, the 2013 does offer power fold max tow mirrors, which I might convert to as they are a real pain in the bank drive through!

 

OK... next question....

Lets pretend I wanted to add the heated mirrors.... I don't currently have heated mirrors, but.... how can I add them? I'm guessing the wires from the mirror to a connector in the cab exist...

how muchc might be missing under the dash? I'm also missing the switch... and obviously this would be best if it looked stock....

and i don't have a rear defroster.... though as of this morning, it sure would have been nice....

 

What year and what model, I'm guessing xlt.

my guess is that the wiring will be there under or in the dash and that a rear defrost switch plug will be there behind center stack, additionally the plugs might be there in doors for the mirrors, possibly, if thats all there you will probably have to have body control module reflashed.

 

Hmm. Well, if all the LIGHTING worked, i could live without the heaters....

 

i have tow mirrors for 3 years now, and never needed the defrost but one time in the deep fog!
