chip that plugs into the ICP sensor

has anyone seen the chip that pluges into the icp sensor? i was messin around lookin at all my options for chips and programers and came across this one, thought it was kinda cool since i have never seen it before. its on ebay under "99-03 Ford PowerStroke 7.3 Diesel Chip Tuner Programmer" idk how well it would work i think it would mess somthin up other then doin good. what do you guys think?

Its an expensive 10k mod. Go with a TS style or Dp tuner style chip. The obs trucks don't take to well to programmers on some trucks. Also very slow to change tunes.

Don't even mess with a "chip" for the ICP sensor, it's just a resistor and it won't help. Like Bad12jr said, it's the same as the 10k mod, which I did and wish I hadn't. No real gain at all.

Save up for a TS style from PHP, TW, Gearhead, or Beans, or get a DP Tuner

I really like it. It's the perfect size for our needs, comfortable, easy to drive, plenty of power. The fuel mileage isn't as good as I had hoped, but still not much worse than our Cobalt and better than the F350 (a little better). It gets good highway mileage, but in town it isn't great...

The wife's gets 4 less MPG vs her cobalt and twice the size plus 4wd. But hers is a gutless wonder with 4 cylinder. Sorry to hijack btw.

Yeah, with the V6 4x4 that we have averages about 23mpg mixed driving, about 26-28 hwy.

My wife has a 4 banger it was gutless till we had the trans reprogram recall done. It gets 24 mixed and I got 31 out of it coming back from TN.
