Door bottom rust
Under bed rust
Wheel well rust
Broken header bolts
History of ejected spark plugs

I have a 06 v10 with 153,000 on it the only problem I've had with it is it broke a couple exhaust studs. The 05-08 v10 is a 3 valve engine which didn't eject the plugs they used the two piece plugs that had a tendency to break off in the head. Over all I love mine been a very reliable truck plus 05 and up gives you the torque shift trans which is a great upgrade over the 4r100 in earlier superdutys

The spark plugs might break, but only when they are being removed. If you read and follow the TSB you won't have any problems.

i have one with just about 58,000 miles no real problems had to do a complete brake job all 4 corners. that's the only thing don't drive it enough. I will say a tuner from 5 star made a big difference other wise a great truck and motor.

Lots of smiles! Lots of stuff to tow! If you tow a lot get 4.30 gears. If only occasionally the 3.73 gears are fine. Get some tunes from Mike @ 5 Star, increases the smiles!!!
