If they're in the neighborhood of 8-10 inches long and you can figure out a way to attach them to the Ford arms they might...

Are you trying to use the whole arm with blade, or just the rubber blade? I'm curious why you picked a VW Beetle as a potential donor??

Because they are small. And I was going to pull the whole thing.

If you get the whole VW motor and pivot assembly, it can be cut and welded to the right pivot spacing for an F-series. I don't know if the modified assembly will clear the radio supports in a 48-50, but then you could use the VW arms and blades. It is one way people have gotten 12v electric wipers, but it isn't a drop-in solution. I'd be amazed if the VW arms would fit on F-1 pivots, the VW are surely metric.
