ok, just got done installing the silver series Ford Accessory (Code Systems brand) remote start system with keyless entry into my wifes 2008 explorer. I had removed it from her old 2005 Explorer and made the necessary wire rerouting, etc. The car will not remote start and I think it has something to do with the Tach Sense Input wire (violet/white). On her old explorer, it has the COP ignition. The 2008 has a coil pack for the 4.0 V-6. I thought I hooked up the correct wire at the Yellow/Gray wire but it does not seem to be working. There are 4 wires that plug into the coil pack. Gray, Blue/Yellow, White, and Yellow/Gray. Does anyone know which one of those would be for the tach input wire?
