Alternating turn signal on the Expedition?

Has anyone do the alternating turn signal mod on a 2007+ Expedition?

If yes, does it work with the following instructions?

http://www.*********.com/howto/alternatingsignals.html

Thanks for helping.
Always looking for mods so every ideas are welcome.
